When using the DSR your monitor has a limit to how high it can go before it starts to go out of focus, yours being a 2550x1440 should be fine at 3840x2160 but if you notice the focus degrade then lower it slightly and that should then correct it. You should be able to use the DSR to bump the resolution upto the same settings as I have above in my images 3840x2160, but this can be a strain on the FPS, you may want to set ssaa to 0.5 to compensate or leave it at the native resolution leaving DSR on and enabling mfaa too, as shown here both are supported and will help improve the games appearance.
